Typically:
- You’ll contact Kris, describe a little bit about your project and have any preliminary questions answered. If/when you feel comfortable and ready to move forward, you’ll request a quote.
- You’ll receive a set of questions by email so you can communicate more about what you’re trying to do and who you are trying to reach.
- Based on your responses, you’ll receive a project proposal that will include a summary of your goals and audience, as well as an outline of the work, a schedule and a quote based on that information.
- Once you verify that the information in the proposal is accurate, you’ll receive the initial deliverables (for example three design mockups if the job includes an original design) within 3-5 days on average.
- You’ll approve or request changes to the first round of deliverables, and you’ll receive changes within 3-5 days on average.
- Rinse and repeat, depending on how many rounds of revisions are included (normally two).
- We’ll be in contact regularly, making sure the project is on track and that you are happy with the direction.
- Your project will be launched in a timely manner according to your specifications and then we’ll celebrate another job well done
