I’ve been doing a lot of email newsletters lately. Though I often use Mail Chimp templates, I recently conformed a newsletter to Constant Contact’s user interface and I think that went pretty smoothly. Actually I was very happy with the way that went.
In other news I put in a JQuery slider box widget and I think that worked out pretty well too. You can see it here: http://renewalproject.net/. It’s my first time working with JQuery.
On that same site I added a new section and you can see that here: http://renewalproject.net/auburn/ I also added a new Forum area to go with the new section, and that’s accessible from the pulldown menu area for the new section.
So I’ve been busy but it’s generally been with add-ons or additional work for sites that are already represented here and I don’t want to get too redundant about posting the same sites to the portfolio.
I’m also getting some really nice feedback about the Fox Research Logo, which you can see more about here: http://www.silente.com/wordpress/?p=811. Apparently they are getting a lot of compliments so that feels good.
Summer has involved a lot of maintenance and while I love everything I’ve been doing – it’s all interesting, I also look forward to the possibility of new horizons for the Fall.
